We recently stayed at Hotel Grand Pacific for the first time during our visit to Victoria. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they even upgraded us to a Suite for our special occasion. We enjoyed having a lovely balcony and seating area in our room, perfect for relaxing and reading. The restaurant downstairs was also fantastic, with friendly and efficient wait staff.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of Victoria, close to museums, restaurants, and transportation options. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing information on bike routes, ferry routes, and nearby car rental locations. The tea in the restaurant was excellent, and the restaurant staff was knowledgeable about the menu. The room itself was well-equipped with comfortable beds and quality bathroom products. The small balcony offered a lovely view of the harbor. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Very central location close to ferry landing. Charming, awesome people working here. Plenty of food available in the restaurant.

Liked the suite I was given, it had a fridge, an electric kettle and climate control. Central location of this pet-friendly hotel was a bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning harbor view suite we were assigned at Hotel Grand Pacific. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the suite itself was spacious and offered breathtaking views of both the harbor and the Parliament building. The hotel staff, particularly the bellmen and concierge, were always friendly and ready to assist us with any questions or requests. We also received excellent housekeeping services during our stay. our experience at Hotel Grand Pacific was perfect in every way.

This hotel is ideally situated right next to the harbor in the heart of Victoria, offering rooms with marvelous views of the water. The staff provides excellent service and the comfortable beds with exquisite linen and nice balcony add to the enjoyable stay. One can also indulge in breakfast, complete with an omelet and included in the room rate.

No improvement needed, everything was great.

Great location, comfortable bed, quiet room, friendly bartenders, beautiful view of harbor and city lights, close to attractions and amenities, helpful staff, excellent restaurant, well-equipped gym and pool.

The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, with well-maintained rooms and a great view of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool and gym. Additionally, the convenient parking made our stay hassle-free. The hotel's location right across from the beautiful parliament buildings and on the waterfront made it easy for us to explore all the tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Possibly the best and very nice stay for the two nights. Superior, best possible location by the Victoria harbor. Based near to downtown, shops and the harbour. Amazing bar area.

It had central location close to British Columbia Parliament Buildings. I ate at a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Grand Pacific! The location was perfect for exploring Fisherman's Wharf and the inner harbour. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, providing a special room for my elderly mother's mobility needs. The room decor was beautiful and we were even upgraded to a lovely suite. The facilities, including the heated pool and aquatic center, were fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Inner Harbor and its many activities. The view from the room is breathtaking. The leisure facilities are top-notch, perfect for a relaxing swim or workout. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed me to sleep peacefully.

The service at this hotel was not up to par.

The restaurant here was very nice for breakfast and lunch, we both ordered excellent dishes. The best part was the sweeping view of the harbour. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was marvellous for walking around British Columbia Parliament Buildings. The hotel itself was in a good area.
